LETTER OF PETITION June 28, 2005 RE: FULL FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE To the Members of the International Churches of Christ: Whereas there is increasing publicity regarding financial improprieties in the ICC’s various churches and related entities, we, the undersigned current and former members of the ICC (and other concerned parties) have united in the cause of this letter. We want to see what you have done with our financial contributions over the years, yet your current policies forbid us to see "the books". We are calling you to:
This issue has been neglected for too long. Why heap suspicions upon yourselves by continuing to allow your own leaders to keep the books closed? Indeed, they are not only refusing us, but they are hiding the facts from you, too. Please join us in calling for immediate and permanent change in these matters. Sincerely, to add your signature to this letter.
